This is not a generic fitness consult.
This is a structured conversation where we look at:

• Changes you’ve noticed in your body after 40
• Energy, recovery, and stress patterns
• Signs of metabolic adaptation or insulin resistance
• Your goals and what hasn’t worked in the past
From there, I can determine whether high-touch coaching, low-touch coaching, or additional hormone-informed support may be appropriate.
