I’ve Lived the Changes You’re Trying to Navigate
I’m Erin — a mom of six, former paramedic, cancer survivor, and strength coach with over a decade of experience in the fitness industry.

For years, I taught women how to train hard, eat well, and stay consistent. And then my own body changed overnight.
​
Four years ago, I underwent a radical hysterectomy that sent me into immediate surgical menopause. The strategies I had trusted for years — the ones that had always worked — suddenly didn’t. My energy dropped, my body composition shifted, my recovery changed, and I felt like I was doing everything “right” with nothing to show for it.
That experience didn’t just change my body.
It changed my mission.
Why I Do This Work
I realized how unprepared most women are for the metabolic and hormonal shifts of midlife — and how often they blame themselves when their old methods stop working.
So I went back to the science.

I immersed myself in research on menopause, metabolism, strength training, nutrition, insulin resistance, and hormone health. I studied how the female body actually changes in midlife — not how it was taught 20 years ago.
​
What I built from that journey is the system I now use with my clients: a structured, diagnostic-first approach that addresses what’s truly blocking progress before jumping into workouts, diets, or medications.

Because midlife doesn’t mean your body is broken.
It means your strategy needs to change.
